NEW SANCTUARY RESTROOMS UNDERWAY
June 11, 2011
Construction on the new Sanctuary restrooms is well underway and should be completed in the next six to eight weeks. Originally, we planned to have the restrooms ready by Easter Sunday, but the project was temporarily held up with final approvals from the city, county, and contractor.
Over the next month, please enter the Sanctuary through the front (Patterson Street) or side door (Magnolia Street) only. We will be unable to use the Overflow Room since the area is sealed off with plastic to insure that construction dust is kept to a minimum within the Sanctuary. In addition, the side entrance to the Sanctuary from the Fellowship Hall (through the Old Pastor's Study) will be blocked off and used as an entrance for the construction workers and storage for their supplies.
While the construction will cause some inconvenience for our church family in the short-term, the end result of two beautiful restrooms in the Sanctuary will be well worth it!
Thanks in advance for your patience as we create a more welcoming space for members and visitors alike.
